Spread a layer of paneer filling on top.

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Combine the flour, sugar, baking
powder and salt. Add egg, milk and oil
to dry ingredients. Stir until just
moistened. Do not over mix. Grease or
line muffin tins with paper baking
cups. Bake by selecting the menu.
