Nebulizar con dispositivo de corte emergencia ”E”
- Preparar el aparato como de costumbre y arran-
car, abrir el grifo de agente activo (120) palanca
hacia abjo (ilustr. 6). Todavia no sale niebla.
Sólo sale al mover la palanca (320/10) del corte
emergencia (ilustr.7) hacia a la derecha y si el
pasador del disco (320/5) se engatilla en el agujero
superior de la palanca. Ahora, el dispositivo de
corte emergencia está abierto y lo quederá hasta
que el aparato se pare.
- Los demás elementos del mando del agente
activo guardan su function originaria. ( illus. 6 + 7).
Parar con corte de emergencia ”E”
- El procedimiento de parade es exactamente el
mismo com con el aparato standard. Si finalmente
el equipo se ha parado, el disco (320/5) vuelve a
ser empujado por el resorte ( 320/6) en su posición
inicial,
- soltando así la palanca (320/10) y empujando la
espiga de bloqueo (321/1) por el resorte (321/5)
en posición de cierre.
MANTENIMIENTO
El corte de emergencia ”E” no necesita ningún
mantenemiento; es suficiente de empujar, antes de
arrancar, la palanca (320/10) en posición abierta y
después dejarla libre para ver si el resorte (321/5)
la vuelve a tirar en posición de cierre.
FOGGING with emergency cut-off ‘E’
- Prepare the unit in the normal way and start, open
solution tap (120), lever downwards (illus 6). No
fog will emit. Fog will be visible only when lever
(320/10) of the emergency cut-off will be pushed
to the right (see illus 7) and the pin of piston
(320/5) will be locked into the upper hole of lever
(320/10). Now the emergency cut-off device is
in OPEN-position. The lever (320/10) will only be
released by the pin of the piston (320/5), when
the unit stops working by lack of fuel or by other
reasons.
- All other elements of the unit keep their initial
function (illus 6 and 7).
STOPPING THE UNIT with emergency cut-off
device ‘E’
- The stopping process is identical with the stan-
dard unit. When the unit finally has stopped, the
piston (320/5) will be pushed back into the initial
position by means of spring (320/6). Herewith
- the lever (320/10) will be released and the locking
pin (321/1) will be pushed by spring (321/5) into
the OFF-position.
MAINTENANCE
No special maintenance needed for the emergency
cut-off device ‘E’. It is sufficient to check before
starting the unit TF 34E whether the lever (320/10)
at the pressure cell works properly: Push lever
(320/10) into OPEN-position (illus 7) and release
the lever again. Lever must be pulled back by
means of the spring (321/5) if spring and bowden
wire are still okay.
