Troubleshoot
• Check that the locks you are unlocking are
linked to the Keypad in the app.
• Ensure Keypad is within Bluetooth range of
the locks with minimal obstruction between
devices.
• Check battery levels of the locks you are
unlocking.
Paired locks are not unlocking
when valid PIN Code is used
