Take good care of your
vacuumask
Wash, rinse and dry the vacuum
ask before using it for the rst
time. Always empty the vacuum
ask after use. Wash it by hand,
adding bicarbonate of soda or
washing-up liquid to the water.
Use a bottle brush to make sure it
is thoroughly clean inside.
Good to know
Pre-heating the ask with
hot water (or cooling it with
cold water) makes sure the
contents retain the desired
temperature for longer. This
procedure also minimises the
risk of shattering the inner
vessel when pouring in liquid.
Never use a vacuum ask in a
microwave oven, an oven or a
freezer.
The inner vessel is made of
glass and is therefore very
brittle. Never drink directly
out of the ask if it has been
dropped, handled without due
care, or seems to leak. There
may be small splinters of
glass inside.
Never stir the contents with
a spoon or other hard object.
Ice cubes can also damage
the glass inner vessel. Always
place ice cubes in a freezer
bag or similar before putting
them into the ask.
