Construct the primary frame and attach the initial side panels.
Attach the top surface and secure the main cabinet structure.
Attach the wheels (casters) to the base of the cabinet.
Attach the drawer slides to the main cabinet body.
Construct the individual drawer boxes by joining panels.
Connect drawer fronts and install corresponding runners.
Slide the completed drawers into their respective tracks.
Secure drawer components and insert the final drawer units.
