Place the machine vertically and move Y-axis sliders to the lowest position.
Detach the top cover of the X-axis assembly for further steps.
Mount the X-axis rail onto the machine frame.
Attach the laser module to the machine's gantry.
Connect the spare cable for the protective box.
Reinstall or secure the top cover of the X-axis.
Connect the data and power cables to the laser assembly.
Power on the main machine switch before the laser control box.
Align red light spots by adjusting the Z-axis height.
Adjust laser control box frequency from 30kHz to 60kHz.
Set engraving power and vector mode to M3 for optimal results.
Check laser focus position and lens cleanliness.
Adjust focus using fixed focus method if indicator is faulty.
Verify laser focal position and M3 constant power mode.
