DISPOSAL
At the end of the appliance’s life, before disposing of it in accordance with the regulations for
dierentiated waste collection, make it inoperative. Disconnect the plug from the socket and cut
o the power cord.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT PURSUANT TO EUROPE-
AN DIRECTIVE 2012/19/EU
The crossed bin symbol on the appliance indicates that the product, at the end of its life span,
must be disposed of separately from domestic waste, either by taking it to a separate waste
disposal site for electric and electronic appliances or by returning it to your dealer when you buy
another similar appliance.
If the disused appliance is collected correctly as separate waste, it can be recycled, treated and
disposed of ecologically; avoiding a negative impact on both the environment and health, con-
tributing also towards the recycling of the product’s materials. The user is responsible for taking
the appliance to a special waste disposal site at the end of its life span.
For more detailed information about the collection systems available, please contact your lo-
cal waste disposal service, or the retail outlet where you purchased the product. Anyone who
abandons or recycles this appliance and does not take it back to a separate collection point for
electrical waste is liable to the administrative fine, provided for in the current legislation on illegal
disposal of waste.
PACKAGING
Packaging is important to protect the product during transport. Check the integrity of the ap-
pliance and its correct functioning before disposing of packaging materials In the event of any
dispute, the appliance must be returned in its original packaging. Packaging materials should be
kept out of the reach of children as they are potential hazards.
Dispose of packaging materials in accordance with local regulations on waste disposal. The sym-
bol on the packaging indicates the correct disposal of the packaging materials. A conscious
disposal is the first step for a proper protection of the environment.
