MCM: The burners are two and their length is equal to half of the ironing roller length. The removal can be
done by closing the main external gas valve. Then, disconnect the yellow hose from the valve and
disconnect the support bracket of the burner from the machine structure. Disconnect and remove the spark
plug and the flame sensor. Then remove the two screws that fix the burner to the flange of the roller. Then
pull out the burner that is present inside a support channel as shown in the photo below. For extraction of the
burners is necessary to have a space equivalent to half the length of the machine on each side.
The burners can be washed under running water and blown with compressed air. While cleaning the burners
check that there are no breaks in the vicinity of the gas outlet grilles. Clean the surface of the burners by
brushing. Make sure that the grids remain open after cleaning.
Then install the burners inside their homes, after cleaning the inside of it. In such a case make sure that the
spark plug performs the spark on one of the grids.
If instead of grids there were loose holes due to wear, replace the burner and test the pressure to the nozzle
(chapter 3.b).
After re-assembled to the burners inside of the heating battery, perform a power-on test initiating a cycle at
90 °C.
