Step 1: Download & Install the App
Scan the QR code on the right to download and install the App or go to
Google Play or Apple App Store and search for “imoo” or “Watch Phone”
to download and install the App.
Step 2: Bind the Watch
1. Open the App, register or log in.
2. Turn on the watch and complete the binding process according to the instructions
displayed on the watch, or slide the watch interface to find the Bind Code, scan the QR
code, or manually enter the Bind Code for binding.

12. Statements
· Please read this manual carefully so that you can use this product correctly and safely.
· Please use the watch strap that is well matched with this product to avoid affecting the
watch’s antenna signal. The use of other straps may result in poor call quality and
locating failure.
· This product is equipped with GPS locating, which is disabled until the watch is bound.
The watch’s location can be obtained once the watch has been bound and the
permissions to the watch’s location data has been given.
· The outdoor locating of this product may fail because of failure in searching satellite
signal in inclement weather.
· Please use the accessories that come with the package only. If the user does not use
this product in a correct way and connects it with incompatible accessories, it will
cause the automatic invalidation of the warranty and may cause irreparable damage
to the product, or even endanger the safety of your children and you. For the cases
mentioned above, we bear no liabilities.
· If you need to replace accessories, please buy them from our official service center
only.
· The color of the watch and its strap may fade over time, which will not affect the use
of the product and is harmless to human body.
· If you disassemble the case of this product without authorization, the product will no
longer enjoy the warranty service.
· This product works normally with smooth network connection only. We bear no
liabilities for any loss caused by interruptions in service due to network failure or any
other force majeure.

10. Basic Features
Select a contact to make a voice call or video call. Video calls may
consume a lot of network data. We suggest you make video calls
when connected to Wi-Fi. If the App cannot receive the video call,
please check whether Notifications has been enabled or whether
the call was intercepted by the system.

Send voice messages: Tap “Hold to Talk” to record, and release
your finger to send your voice message. Play voice messages:
Unread voice messages will be shown on the screen. Tap to play
voice messages. Add friends: Tap “Start” on Add Friends interface.
Then you can add a friend by bumping your watches together
after you find a friend.

9. Basic Operation

Turn on the screen: Tap the screen to turn it on.
Turn off the screen: 1. Cover the screen with your hand to turn it off;
2. You can set the “Screen Timeout” in “Display & Brightness” of the
“Settings” on More interface. When the time is up, the screen will
be turned off.
Wallpaper:
Long press the home screen to enter Wallpaper. Slide left or right
to view more and select one as your wallpaper.
Slide left from the home screen to enter More interface, slide up or
down to choose corresponding features.
Slide right from the home screen to enter “Call”.
Slide from top to bottom to check the status bar and some
important push notifications.

3. Choose and Install the SIM Card
Step 1: Choose the Right SIM Card

Operator: Vodafone, O2, Three supported. For Mobile Network Virtual Operators (MNVO),
please go to imoo App-More-Watch Settings-Access Point Name (APN) to complete
relevant settings so as to use its services.
The Size of SIM Card: supports Standard Nano-SIM card only [as picture (1)].
Step 3: Install the SIM Card
1. Open up the SIM
card deck with a
SIM card picker.
2. Put the Nano-SIM card on the
card deck with the gold chip
facing upward.
3. Insert the SIM card
deck into the watch’s
back.
Please activate “Caller ID” function and enable GPRS data network. Watch phone can
access to either 2G/3G/4G network data.

4. Power On
1. If the new watch cannot be turned on, it is probably out of power. Please plug in the
charging cable until the watch is turned on automatically.
2. For general abnormal conditions (e.g., blank screen), press the On/Off button for 12
seconds to restart the watch phone.
Power On: Press On/Off button for 6 seconds to power on
the watch phone.

7. Charge
Align the charging contactors on the watch with the contactors on the charging cable
until “Charging...” is displayed on the screen.
* Please use the CE certified power adapter.


8. OTA Upgrade
When binding a watch, the app will detect the watch's version to
check if it needs to be upgraded. If needed, the watch will be
upgraded automatically when charging.
Upgrading, do not shut down
*Note: Please do not root or use informal methods to upgrade the watch. Otherwise,
there may be security risks of data leakage.
6. Watch Language Settings
Go to “More-Watch Settings-Watch Language” on imoo App to switch the language
you’d like to switch to; or go to your watch, swipe left from the main interface, go to
“Settings-Language Selection” to switch the language you'd like to switch to.

Function Description

The Watch Phone Z1, available in models W1923A0 and W2123A0, serves as a comprehensive communication device for children, integrating voice and video calls, messaging, and location tracking capabilities into a compact wrist-worn form factor. It supports 2G, 3G, and 4G cellular networks, allowing for reliable connectivity. The device is equipped with a 2MP camera, enabling users to capture photos and engage in video calls. Its primary function is to facilitate communication between children and their guardians, offering a secure and controlled environment for interaction. The watch also features GPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi, and LBS for precise location tracking, which is activated upon binding the watch to the companion imoo app. This ensures that guardians can monitor their child's whereabouts for safety. The device runs on Mocor OS, providing a user-friendly interface tailored for children.

Usage Features

Getting Started:

To begin, users must select and install a Nano-SIM card. It is crucial to choose a SIM card from supported operators like Vodafone, O2, or Three. For Mobile Network Virtual Operators (MNVOs), specific Access Point Name (APN) settings must be configured via the imoo app. Before installation, ensure the "Caller ID" function and a data plan (2G/3G/4G) are activated on the SIM card. The SIM card is installed by opening the card deck with the provided picker, placing the Nano-SIM with the gold chip facing upward, and reinserting the deck into the watch's back.

Powering On and Off:

To power on the watch, press the On/Off button for 6 seconds. If the watch doesn't turn on, it may be out of power and should be charged. For general abnormal conditions like a blank screen, a 12-second press of the On/Off button will restart the device.

App Download and Binding:

The companion imoo app is essential for full functionality. It can be downloaded by scanning a QR code provided in the manual or by searching "imoo" or "Watch Phone" on Google Play or Apple App Store. After installing the app, users need to register or log in. The watch is then bound to the app by following on-screen instructions, scanning a QR code displayed on the watch (found by sliding the interface to "Bind Code"), or manually entering the Bind Code into the app.

Language Settings:

The watch language can be changed either through the imoo app (More > Watch Settings > Watch Language) or directly on the watch (swipe left from the main interface > Settings > Language Selection).

Charging:

To charge the watch, align the charging contactors on the watch with those on the charging cable. A "Charging..." message will appear on the screen, indicating a successful connection. It is recommended to use a CE certified power adapter.

OTA Upgrade:

The imoo app automatically checks for watch updates upon binding. If an update is available, the watch will upgrade automatically while charging. Users are advised against rooting or using informal methods for upgrades to avoid security risks.

• Screen On/Off: Tap the screen to turn it on. To turn it off, either cover the screen with your hand or set a "Screen Timeout" duration in the "Display & Brightness" settings within the imoo app.
• Wallpaper: Long-press the home screen to access wallpaper options. Users can slide left or right to browse and select a new wallpaper.
• Navigation:
  • Slide left from the home screen to access the "More" interface, where users can slide up or down to select various features.
  • Slide right from the home screen to access the "Call" interface.
  • Slide from top to bottom to view the status bar and push notifications.
  • To exit a feature, slide right.

Communication Features:

• Calling: From the "Call" interface, users can select a contact to initiate a voice or video call. Video calls consume significant network data, so Wi-Fi connection is recommended. If the app doesn't receive video calls, users should check notification settings or system interceptions.
• Chat: The chat feature allows sending and playing voice messages. To send, tap and hold "Hold to Talk" to record, then release to send. Unread messages are displayed on the screen and can be played by tapping them.
• Adding Friends: Friends can be added by tapping "Start" on the "Add Friends" interface and then bumping watches together.
• Taking Photos: Tap the watch screen to take a photo.

Wi-Fi Connectivity:

Wi-Fi connections can be configured directly on the watch via "More > Settings > WLAN." Alternatively, guardians can add networks through the imoo app under "More > Watch's networks" after the watch is bound.

Maintenance Features

General Care:

• Strap Compatibility: Always use the watch strap provided or one that is well-matched with the product to avoid affecting the watch's antenna signal, which can lead to poor call quality and locating failures.
• Accessory Usage: Only use accessories that come with the package. Using incompatible accessories can void the warranty, damage the product, or endanger users. Replacement accessories should only be purchased from official service centers.
• Disassembly: Disassembling the product's case without authorization will void the warranty service.
