Before doing anything or replacing any
components, make sure you have all service
documentation for the model to be repaired
(specifications, test procedures, technical reports
and information).
Possible complaints you may receive from
customers are listed below. The first thing to do is
check if there are reasonable grounds to the
complaint.
It is important to determine if the problem was
caused by:
1) Incorrect use of appliance by the customer.
2) Technical fault.
