hot.

made; the
temperature
should be
78 C+- 3 C
When did the
problem
occur?
Right from
the
beginning or
after a period
of time?
- The cups
haven’t been
warmed.
- The brew
group is cold.
- Heat the cups with hot water.
(Especially on cold days)
- Heat the brew group by selecting
“RINSE”
The coffee
temperature
set is too low.
From the menu, set a higher coffee
temperature. (There are three
options)
Hot water tank
is crusted with
limescale.
Check how many coffees have been
made and how often it has been
descaled. Check the temperature of
the coffee leaving the brew head;
check after the third coffee. The
temperature should be 78 C+- 3 C
It it is below this, descale and try
again.
