INITIAL INSTALL CHECKS

HOW TO ADJUST THE TOMAHAWK S-Series Indoor Cycle

Pedal Strap Adjustment

Adjust pedal straps for snug but not tight fit, using toe clips or SPD cleats.

Saddle Height Adjustment

Adjust saddle height so knees are slightly bent at lowest pedal position, avoiding hyperextension.

Saddle Horizontal Adjustment

Adjust saddle horizontally so kneecap is above pedal center for proper knee alignment.

Handlebar Adjustment

Adjust handlebar height and fore/aft position for comfort, preventing back discomfort and restricted breathing.

HOW TO OPERATE THE TOMAHAWK S-Series Indoor Cycle

Resistance Adjustment

Regulate pedaling difficulty by turning the resistance knob clockwise (increase) or counter-clockwise (decrease).

Moving the Indoor Cycle

Move the bike with two people, tipping it onto wheels, and use caution on uneven surfaces.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Daily Maintenance

Ensure bike is level, and disinfect handlebars, saddle, and adjustment knobs after each use.

Weekly Maintenance

Clean frame, sliders, flywheel, and plastic parts with lubricant spray; lubricate brake pad for optimal performance.

Bi-weekly Maintenance

Test emergency brake function and lubricate saddle post and carriage for easy adjustability.

Monthly Maintenance

Lubricate metal threads on adjustment knobs for handlebar and saddle for smooth function.

Resistance System Lubrication

Lubricate threads on the lower end of the resistance rod for smooth adjustability.

General Parts and Security Check

Check pedals, straps, screws, bolts, nuts, and saddle for tightness and wear.

Brake Pad Wear Inspection

Inspect brake pad for signs of wear and soak with lubricant if necessary.

Belt Drive Maintenance

Check belt tension to prevent rider injury or damage to the drive system. Adjust as necessary.
