What does “Unavailable Instrument” mean on Industrial Scientific Docking Station IDS display?
If the IDS display reads “Unavailable Instrument,” an error occurred with the instrument that could not be resolved. Check the docked instrument’s properties in DSSAC.
What does “Unavailable Server” mean on Industrial Scientific DSX-L IDS display?
If the IDS display reads “Unavailable Server,” the IDS cannot contact the server. The IDS display shows its own IP address and also the IP address of the server it is currently configured to connect to.
