What to do if my Infiniton DHM-W20L does not run?

If your Infiniton Dehumidifier isn't running, first, ensure the power plug is properly inserted into the socket. Also, check if the water tank is full or incorrectly positioned; if so, drain the tank and reinstall it correctly. Note that the unit will not run if the ambient temperature is lower than 5°C or higher than 32°C, as this is normal behavior.
