LUBRICATOR
SAFETY
WARNING: Ensure that the lubricator filler cap is re–tightened
correctly after replenishing with oil.
WARNING: Do not replenish the lubricator oil, or service the
lubricator without first making sure that the machine is stopped
and the system has been completely relieved of all air pressure
(Refer to
STOPPING THE UNIT
in the
OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
section of this manual).
CAUTION: If the nylon tubes to the lubricator are disconnected then
ensure that each tube is re–connected in its original location.

Check the lubricator oil level and fill as necessary.

FAULT FINDING
FAULT CAUSE REMEDY
No oil flow.
Incorrect
connection.
Reverse the nylon tube
connections to the lubricator.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The Cold start aid is fitted to machines to assist in starting the engine
in temperatures of between 0C and –10C.

Follow the instructions given in section 5
STARTING THE UNIT,
depressing the
Cold Start Button
for 30 seconds immediately prior to
turning the keyswitch to position
III
(engine start position)
.
The Cold
Start indicator light will illuminate whilst the button is depressed.

FAULT CAUSE REMEDY
Engine fails
to start.
Loose
connections
on the cold
start
harness/wiring
Check the connections and tighten

Replace the relay.
