  A continuous beep and a red LED on your INHENERGY Inverter can indicate several issues: overload error (reduce the connected load), PV input voltage exceeding specifications (reduce PV modules in series or the connected load), output short circuit (check wiring and remove abnormal load), high internal converter component temperature (check air flow and ambient temperature), over-charged battery (return to repair center), high battery voltage (check battery specifications and quantity), fan fault (replace the fan), abnormal output voltage (reduce the connected load), over current or surge (restart the unit; if the error persists, return to repair center), or PV input voltage beyond specification (reduce the number of PV modules in series).

  If your INHENERGY Inverter is running on battery despite mains being available, it could be due to a tripped input protector (check the AC breaker and wiring), insufficient AC power quality (check AC wire thickness/length or generator function/input voltage range setting), or incorrect output source priority. Try changing the output source priority to “USB” (utility first).
