3.2.4 Selecting the trigger voltage range
Place the switch in the OFF position (standby). The display shows the message: Sby.
Press the PROG key for more than 4 seconds until the green display shows the message: 1.
Press the UP key until the green display shows the message: 4.
Press the PROG key. The display’s message begins to blink.
Press the key to select HI for trigger at 110 - 230 VAC from solenoid valves or LO for trigger at 24 VAC from
solenoid valves.
Press the PROG key. All of the display’s digits stop blinking.
3.3 SAVING DATA
To save the settings, while none of the display’s digits are blinking, scroll the menu using the UP key until 5-HId
appears on the display. Now press PROG. The pump returns to standby mode and “SbY” appears on the display. All of the
modified settings are active.
3.4 EXITING FROM PROGRAMMING
To exit programming and return to the main menu, scroll the menu using the UP key until “6-Esc” appears on the
display. Now press PROG. The pump returns to standby mode and “SbY” appears on the display. None of the modified
settings are saved.
3.5 STANDBY (FUNCTIONAL STOP)
When the switch is on Stand-by position, the pump goes on standby.
The display shows: SbY
From standby, moving the switch back to ON, the pump is reset and dosing starts again, as described in chapter 3.
The programming menu is accessed from Standby by pushing and holding the PROG key for at least 4 seconds.
3.6 PRIMING
Place the switch in the PRIME/TRIGGER position, keeping it there for at least 3 seconds. The pump runs at maximum
speed (“PR” appears on the display). To stop priming, place the switch in the PRIME/TRIGGER position again and release
it.
3.7 MANUAL TRIGGER
Place the switch in the PRIME/TRIGGER position and release it. The pump starts dosing (for the set time).
3.8 MOTOR STOPPING
In case the motor is excessively overloaded (for ex. a tubing breaks) the pump executes stop/restart motor cycles (the stop
time increases at every STOP: 0.5 sec . ' 10 sec.) to avoid the overheating of the same pump.
During the motor stop the display visualizes: 1-A-L-r
3.9 LEVEL ALARM (OPTIONAL)
If the pump signals a level alarm, the display shows: 2-A-L-r. The buzzer comes on (if installed).
