GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The e
4
527 Smart Digital Thermostat is a powerful, multi-purpose
device. Its core is a DDC illuminated thermostat designed to
control virtually any fan coil unit or packaged terminal air
conditioner found in hotel guestrooms. Its modularity allows the
e527 to connect to and operate various INNCOM HVAC
equipment control modules, such as X05 or X06. The control
module, powered from 24 VAC or 110-277 VAC, provides
the required 12 VDC power to the e527.
Connected to INNCOM’s low-cost CINET with a pair of low voltage
wires, an even more powerful, centrally controlled
EMS package is created. Further, the e4 is readily
expandable to include functionality such as humidity
control, outside temperature display, minibar access
reporting, occupancy reporting to housekeeping,
automatic control of lights, and much more.
Thanks to its compact design, the e527 fits neatly into a
British standard sized electrical box. An optional back
plate makes the device equally suitable for an American
standard sized electrical box.
