Important Safety Instructions

Risk of Electrocution

Never place an electric appliance within 5 feet or 1,54 metres of your spa.

Risk of Child Drowning

Supervise children at all time. Attach spa cover after each use.

Risk of Overheating

Consult physician if pregnant, diabetic, or in poor health. Exit if dizzy.

Pregnancy Safety

Consult physician. Avoid water hotter than 100°F (38°C). Limit soaks to 10 minutes.

Installation and Quick Start Up Guide

Connecting Electricity

Use dedicated 15A outlet for 110V or 220V GFCI breaker. Consult electrician for 220V.

Spa Operation

Persistent Memory Reset

Reset Procedure

Disconnect power, move jumper on J43, reconnect power, wait for 'PR', disconnect again, move jumper back, reconnect.

Routine Maintenance

Filter Cleaning

Turn off power, remove cover, clean cartridge. Use cleaning agent and soak for 12 hours if needed.

Water Replacement and Cleaning

Turn off power, remove filter, drain water, clean surfaces with mild detergent, and refill.

Troubleshooting

Circuit Breaker Trips

Check wiring, dedicated circuit for 110V, or potential defective breaker/component.

No Operation

Check breaker reset, power to spa pack. Consult technician for voltage checks.

No Water Flow to Jets

Ensure valves are open, filter is clean, and pump is properly primed.

Water Too Hot

Do not enter. Remove cover to cool. Overheating may occur in hot climates.

Diagnostic Messages

HH: Overheat (118°F/48°C)

Spa shut down. Remove cover, allow to cool, reset. Contact dealer if persists.

OH: Overheat (110°F/43°C)

Spa shut down. Remove cover, allow to cool, reset. Contact dealer if persists.

SA/SN: Sensor Fault

Sensor 'A' or 'B' not working or sensors out of balance. Contact technician if persists.
