About the Guarantee
All our motorized TV LIFT are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of receipt of the order. I-NOVA declines
all responsibility for damage occurring as a result of improper assembly or use.
All our products benefit from a legal guarantee against any defect in model, material, operation and
manufacturing for a period of 2 years from the date of receipt of the order. Under this warranty, the
product will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of I-NOVA. Normal wear and tear is
excluded from the warranty.
The I-NOVA warranty ends in the following cases:
The product is not assembled according to the instructions for use.
The product is not used in accordance with the instructions for use.
The product has undergone modifications
The product has undergone repairs by third parties other than I-NOVA.
The product no longer works or is damaged due to external factors:
Water damage, lightning, fire, scratches, exposure to extreme temperatures, weather, acids, solvents,
neglect or misuse.
