Why is there no audio from my CEC device on my Insignia NS-50D40SNA14?

If your Insignia TV is not playing audio from a connected CEC device, ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the TV and the device. Confirm that the device is connected with an HDMI cable and that it is a CEC device. Make sure the TV volume is turned up and is not muted. Try adjusting the TV sound settings and ensure the TV speakers are turned on and not muted. Verify that the INlink feature is turned on. If you have connected an HDMI CEC audio receiver, adjust the volume on the receiver. If the device is not an Insignia device, it may not be compatible with your TV.
