To take a picture:
1 Turn on your camcorder.
2 Turn the Mode dial to

3 Aim the lens, then half-press the Shutter button until the focus area turns green.
4 Fully press the Shutter button to take the picture.
To record a video:

To play saved videos:

3 Press the Playback button next to the LCD screen to switch to Playback mode.

the video.
