  If your new Insignia power supply isn't working, ensure the computer power cord is firmly plugged into the power cord connector. If you're using a surge protector, verify it's plugged in and switched on. Check that the wall outlet is supplying power by plugging in a lamp. If you have the NS-PCW4050/NS-PCW4050-C model, confirm the red voltage switch on the back is set to the correct voltage (115 V for the United States, 230 V for Europe and other countries).
