      If the rechargeable battery pack isn't charging, ensure it's correctly installed on the Xbox Series X & S controller. Use only the included rechargeable battery pack or a replacement of the same model (RF-XB1SRBP). Regular rechargeable batteries are not compatible. Also, verify the controller is connected to a powered USB port and the charge cable is securely attached at both ends. If charging via the Xbox Series X & S console's USB port, ensure the power is turned on.
