1. Unpackage all components & verify you
have everything required.
Immediatly discard all packaging as it can pose a
choking hazard.
1 Top Cover
1 Comfort Layer
1 or 2 Air Chambers
1 Support Layer
1 Wrapped Rail Set
1 Bottom Cover
1 Air Control System
with 2 Wired Remotes
2. Ensure you have a base, foundation, or
adjustable platform ready for your new
bed.
3. Place the bottom cover of the mattress on
the foundation, with the zipper side up.
Position the two holes at the head of the bed.
4. Insert the head, foot, & side rails inside the
bottom cover. Position the rails so that “This
Side Up” is up & visible. The rails will have a
snug fit when correctly installed.

6. If your mattress has two chambers,
place one in before the other & be sure
to pass the tubes through the holes in
the bottom cover.
7. Connect the tubes from the air cham-
bers to the connectors on the pump.
Press the two ends together until you
hear a “Click.” Be sure to keep track of
which hose connects to which side of
the pump.
7. Connect the air control unit to a
powered surge protector & plug the
hand controls into the each side. The
hand control will operate the air
chamber on the side that it is plugged
into.*
*a surge protector is not included but is strongly reccomended to prevent
electrical damage not covered by the warranty.

5. Place the foam support layer
between the rails and smooth it out to
fill the entire base.

Mattress Assembly and Setup

Unpack and Verify Components

Unpack all components, verify requirements, and discard packaging safely.

Prepare Bed Foundation

Ensure a suitable base, foundation, or adjustable platform is ready for the new bed.

Attach Mattress Bottom Cover

Place the bottom cover on the foundation with the zipper up and holes at the head.

Install Mattress Rails

Insert head, foot, and side rails into the bottom cover, ensuring "This Side Up" is visible.

Position Foam Support Layer

Place the foam support layer between the rails and smooth it to fill the entire base.

Place Air Chambers

Place air chambers into the base, ensuring tubes pass through bottom cover holes.

Connect Air Chamber Tubes

Connect air chamber tubes to pump connectors until they click, noting which side connects to which.

Connect Air Control Unit

Connect the air control unit to a surge protector and plug in hand controls to each side.

Inflate Air Chambers

Press buttons on hand controls to auto-inflate chambers; inflation takes up to 5 minutes per side.

Position Filled Air Chambers

Ensure filled air chambers are positioned evenly inside the foam rails.

Add Comfort Layer

Place the comfort layer across the top of the air chambers and foam rails.

Attach Top Panel

Place the top panel across the mattress with the tag facing the head, then zip closed carefully.

Adjust Firmness Setting

Find ideal firmness by adjusting settings, starting firm and gradually changing.
