Function Description
The Instant Cold Brewer allows users to prepare cold brew coffee or iced tea by combining water with ground coffee or loose tea leaves in a brew basket. The brewing process is controlled via a flat-touch control panel, where users can set the desired brewing time. Once the brewing cycle is complete, the cold brew is ready to be served from the glass pitcher. For coffee, the recommended ratio is 14:1 water-to-coffee, using medium-ground coffee. The brew basket can hold up to 70 grams of coffee. For iced tea, it can brew using loose tea leaves (not tea bags) and can hold up to 6 teaspoons (2 tablespoons) of loose tea leaves. The device offers flexibility in brewing time, allowing for a maximum of 30 minutes to create bolder coffee or stronger iced tea. For an even bolder cold brew coffee, the pitcher with the brew basket can be stored in the fridge for 12-16 hours after an initial 5-minute brew on the power base.

Usage Features
The Instant Cold Brewer features a user-friendly design with a control panel that includes flat-touch buttons for "Cancel," "Decrease time," "Increase time," and "Start." A digital display shows the brewing time in minutes. The device powers up when plugged into an outlet, and the display dims after 2 minutes of inactivity.
To cold brew:
- Plug in and turn on the brewer.
- Fill the glass pitcher with water and place it onto the power base.
- Fill the brew basket with coffee grounds or tea leaves, ensuring the bottom cap is securely fastened and not overfilled.
- Place the loaded brew basket into the glass pitcher, through the handle housing.
- Place the lid onto the glass pitcher, turning it to the closed position with the pour spout closed.
- Use the "+" and "–" buttons on the control panel to set the desired brewing time. The "+" button can be held to add time in 5-minute increments.
- Press the "Start" button to begin brewing. Brewing can be canceled at any time by pressing the "X" button.
- Once the timer reaches "OO," brewing is complete.
- Remove the lid and brew basket. Unscrew the brew basket bottom to discard grounds or tea leaves.
- Place the lid back onto the glass pitcher and turn it to open the pour spout for serving.
Maintenance Features
Regular cleaning is essential to ensure optimal flavor and prevent mineral deposits.
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the power base.
- Dishwasher Safe Parts: The glass pitcher, lid, and brew basket (including the bottom cap) are all dishwasher safe (top rack recommended) or can be handwashed with soap and warm water.
- Power Base and Control Panel: While unplugged, wipe down the power base and control panel with a damp cloth.
- Prohibited Cleaning Methods: Do not use metal scouring pads, abrasive powders, or harsh chemical detergents on any parts. Do not place the power base into a dishwasher or submerge it in water or other liquids, as it contains electrical components.
- Drying: Ensure all parts are thoroughly dried before reassembly and storage.
- Power Cord: Do not fold the power cord when storing.
