Trouble Shooting
PA5 does not turn on:
The batteries have to be replaced.
The batteries might be wrongly inserted into the instrument
(see passage concerning “Batteries” on page 8 of this
manual).
No stimuli from the PA5s internal loudspeaker:
The “dB HL” intensity control is switched off.
No tones in the TDH39 headphone:
The “Tone” presentation signal (10) must be activated by
touching the Tone Switch.
If no sound appears check that the headphone is correctly
connected to the “Headphone Connector” on the stimuli panel
output and that the jack is fully inserted.
