2 CV60 SDRAM Upgrade Instructions
Procedure
1 Place the CV60 Computer face down on a cushioned anti-
static mat.
2 Using a Philips screwdriver, remove the eight screws securing
the CV60 rear bracket, then remove the rear bracket.
3 Touch something metallic to dissipate any ESD (Electric Static
Discharge) from you.
4 Remove the SDRAM module from its static bag.
5 Make sure that the notches on the memory modules are
aligned with the keys of the CV60 memory socket.
6 If replacing or upgrading an existing memory module, remove
the memory module by spreading the module clips and gently
lifting the edge of the module to a 45-degree angle and then
pulling the module out of the slot.
7 Insert the SDRAM module into the connector, align it, and
gently lower it and snap into place.
8 Replace the rear bracket and eight (8) Philips screws.
