If the printout from your Intermec Label Maker is not in the desired position, consider these factors: * Check the application settings or ESim commands for possible errors. * Inspect the label gap sensor for disturbances caused by dust, stuck labels, or an incorrectly loaded transfer ribbon. Clear or clean as necessary. * Ensure the media is guided properly through the print mechanism, with the edge guide on the media supply post guiding the media flush with the guide plate. * Verify that the media characteristics match the specifications in the User’s Guide regarding the position and size of slots, black marks, or punched holes.

If your Intermec Label Maker is jamming or tangling labels during printing, clear the media jam. If a label is stuck on the thermal printhead, remove it using a soft cloth soaked with isopropyl alcohol or a cleaning card.
