SET UP (continued)
Infl ation
IMPORTANT SETUP NOTICE: The energy saving cover has two main components: the
Outer Foam Filled Cover and the Infl atable Bladder that ts inside the spa.
Infl ate the Spa Cover Air Bladder
1.
Attach the infl ation hose
(7)
to the spa control base air
blower outlet
(see drawing 3)
.
2.
Open the cover air bladder valve and insert the other
end of the infl ation hose
(7)
into the valve
(see
drawing 4)
.
3.
Turn the air passage selection dial on the side of the
control base to
” infl ate position
(see drawing 5)
.
4.
Make sure the spa control base is plugged into a
properly located and sized electrical outlet and press
the
button to turn on the control panel. Press
to infl ate until it is fi rm to the touch but not hard
(see
drawing 6)
.
NOTE:
If the spa cover air bladder does not t into the
spa tub due to over infl ation, release some air from the
bladder until it ts, see “Release Air” section.
5.
Disconnect the infl ation hose
(7)
from the infl ation valve,
close and recess the infl ation valve.
6.
Turn the air passage selection dial back to
position
and press the button again to turn it off
(see drawing 7 & 6)
.
7.
Disconnect the infl ation hose
(7)
from the spa control
base air blower outlet.
