  If the actuator fails to lift or the legs fail to open when the button is pressed, check the connections of the hand-control or actuator to ensure they are secure. Charge the batteries. Ensure that the RED emergency stop button is not pressed IN; rotate it clockwise until it pops out. Verify the battery is correctly connected to the control box. If the connecting terminals are damaged, replace the battery pack. If the issue persists, the actuator may need service or the load may be too high.

  The lift arms require a minimum weight load to lower from the uppermost position. Try pulling down slightly on the lift arms.

  The mast/base joint might be loose, or the tie-rods could be loose. To resolve this, tighten the bolt, washer, and locknut that secure the mast to the base.
