7. WATER TANK & DRAIN HOSE
There are two ways to remove collected water. Before proceeding ensure that you have
switched o and unplugged the unit.
When unit is OFF and the tank of the dehumidier is full, the full indicator will be lit,
and the display will read P2. Additionally, when the unit is on and the tank is full, the
compressor stops operation followed by the fan a few minutes later. The full indicator
will ash and the display will show P2.
• Slowly remove the bucket. Grip the handle with caution, and carefully pull outwards so
the water does not overow. Do not place the tank on the oor because the bottom of
the tank is uneven. Doing so the tank will fall and the water will be spilled on the oor.
• Empty the water from the tank and place it again in to the device. The water tank, must
be securely and properly placed, for the dehumidier to operate.
• When the water tank is re-installed the unit will automatically restart.
Water automatically can be emptied into a oor drain by
attaching the unit with a water hose.
• Remove the rubber plug located opposite the unit.
Insert the water hose into the drain outlet and make sure
all connections are rmly tightened in order to avoid any
possible leaks.
• The dehumidier should be placed on a at surface in
an upright position.
• Lead the water hose towards a suitable drainage facility
and be certain that the water ows naturally. For correct
drainage, make sure the hose stays below the level of the
drain hose outlet.
