7. WATER TANK & DRAIN HOSE
There are two ways to remove collected water. Before proceeding, ensure that you
have switched off and unplugged the device.
When the water tank is full, the alarm will beep and the Water Full indicator will turn on.
• Slowly remove the bucket. Grip the handle with caution, and carefully pull outwards
so the water does not overow. Do not place the tank on the oor because the bottom
of the tank is uneven. Doing so the tank will fall and the water will be spilled on the
oor.
• Empty the water from the tank and place it again in to the device. The water tank,
must be securely and properly placed, for the dehumidier to operate.
• When the water tank is re-installed the unit will automatically restart.
When the water tank is full, removed or not placed correctly, the indication P2 will appear on
the digital display followed by a beeping sound. While the indicator P2 is on the dehumidifier
will be on stand-by until water tank is placed correctly or emptied.
P3 – FILTER CLEAN REMINDER
When the air filter requires maintenance, the indication P3 will appear on the digital display.
The reminder is set to appear after 360 working hours of the dehumidifier. Carefully remove
the filter, rinse it with water and let it dry completely before using it again. To reset the
reminder long press the ‘’HUMIDITY’’ button **
** for 3 seconds.
During operation, malfunctions may occur if the air intake or exhaust are obstructed
or blocked by objects. This can cause high internal temperatures and the appliance will
automatically shut down. Unplug the device immediately and resume operation after 5
minutes.
In order to avoid overheating in the event of tipping, the device is equipped with a tipping
switch that automatically shuts down the device.
