l All house exits (windows doors etc) where the dehumidier is operating, should be
shut.
l Room temperature is below the advised operational range.
l There is a kerosene heater or something giving o water vapor in the room.
l The room that the device is placed is bigger than suggested.
l The humidity level is too high.
l The air lter is clogged.
l The device is titled instead of being in an upright position.
l The oor surface is not at.
l Check that the drain hose has been correctly placed.
l The drain hose has been blocked or damaged.
l C1: NTC1 is open cut or short cut
l C2: NTC 2 is open cut or short cut
l C3: NTC1 &NTC 2 are open cut or short cut
l C4: Sync motor failure
l 88: Temperature and humidity sensor failure
l P2: Water tank full
