2. What Keyboard and Mouse are compatible with KeyMander 2 3Play?
Our KeyMander 2 3Play supports wired and wireless keyboard and mouse sets. When using a wireless
keyboard and mouse, you are required to plug the wireless USB connector into the keyboard port on
the KeyMander 2 3Play.

3. How do I upgrade firmware for KeyMander 2 3Play?
KeyMander 2 3Play supports on-the-air (OTA) update to upgrade the firmware using app.
• The Firmware Update notification will only appear on the app when there is a newer version
firmware available for upgrade, or your firmware version is older than the most recent version.
• Tap “Update” beside “New Firmware Available” if it is shown on the device tab, or tap the Settings
icon and select “Update Now”.
• Now the KeyMander 2 3Play will begin to upgrade. Press “Close” when the upgrade process is
complete, and the unit will reboot and reconnect itself to the app.

The KeyMander 2 3Play is compatible with all console games e.g., Xbox, PlayStation or Nintendo Switch,
