Here is a list of the most popular FAQs regarding the IOGEAR products.
1. Why are the keyboard and mouse not responding?
The default port configuration of the KeyMander 2 3Play is as follows. Please setup the corresponding
port configure in the app.
For PS5 / PS4 Pro / PS4 Slim consoles
• It is required to change the controller’s communication method from Bluetooth to USB in the PS4
settings menu.
• Please go to “Settings > Devices > Controllers > Communication Method”, and select “Use USB
Cable”.
For Nintendo Switch
• The default profile for the KeyMander 2 3Play is PS4, it is required to first change the profile to NS
(LED lights red).
• The KeyMander 2 3Play allows user to connect the keyboard and mouse for working.
• Please enable Pro Controller Wired Communication under Controllers.
For PC
• It is required to change the port configuration on “PC”.
• The LED lights “White” to indicate the app is on PC Mode.
