10. TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible problems affecting the whole machine:
do not turn
you have not used the brush switch
the power supply or motor thermal cutout
connectors are disconnected
reconnect the power supply or motor
thermal cutout connectors
the brush motor fuse has blown
the reduction unit is faulty
have the reduction unit replaced
The machine does
not clean evenly
the brush or disks are worn
is delivered
the tap lever is in the "CLOSED" position
move the lever to the "OPEN" position
the detergent tank is empty
the hose delivering the detergent to the
brush is blocked
unblock and open the circuit
the tap is dirty or faulty
clean or replace the tap by unscrewing
the screw (ref. 1 fig. 11)
The detergent flow
does not stop
the tap stays open, because it is
damaged or very dirty
have the tap cleaned or replaced
motor does
not start
the suction switch is in the ‘0' position (off)
turn the suction switch on
there is no power to the suction motor or
the motor is faulty
check that the motor power connector is
correctly connected to the main wiring;
in the second case have the motor
