Why is the squeegee on my IPC Floor Machine not cleaning well, or why is the vacuum weak?
    • Y
      yjonesAug 13, 2025
Several issues could cause the squeegee on your IPC Floor Machine to not clean well or the vacuum to be weak. The lip of the rubber blades in contact with the floor may be worn, in which case you should replace the squeegee blade. Also, the float-controlled shut-off may have been tripped because the dirty water tank is full, so empty the dirty water tank. Check for a blockage in the squeegee suction hose and remove any blockage. Ensure the suction hose is properly connected to the squeegee and repair it if damaged. Lastly, the diverter valve might be dirty, so clean the diverter valve.

      Ann ReillyAug 16, 2025
If the detergent solution isn't reaching the brush on your IPC Floor Machine, it could be due to several reasons. The detergent tank might be empty, so fill the detergent tank. Alternatively, the water/detergent tank filter might be dirty, so clean the filter. Finally, there might be a blockage in the hose delivering detergent solution to the brush, so remove the blockage.
