What to do if the IRIS Fan operation cannot be controlled by remote?

  If you cannot control your IRIS Fan with the remote, there are several possible causes: * The battery power may be low. In this case, please insert a new battery. * The battery might be inserted with incorrect polarity. Ensure the battery is inserted correctly. * There might be an obstruction between the infrared sensor and the remote receiver. Make sure there is a clear path between them. * The remote may not be pointed in the right direction. Point the sensor on the remote at the remote receiver on the main body from a maximum of 16.4 ft/5.0 m away.

Why is my IRIS WOOZOO PCF-SC15T making a loud noise while operating?

  An IRIS Fan may make a loud noise during operation due to a few reasons: * The product may be placed on an uneven surface. Place the product on a level, stable surface. * The front guard might not be securely attached. Make sure to attach the front guard properly. * Dust accumulation can also cause noise. Clean the fan to remove any dust.
