MAINTENANCE
All Irix lens elements are coated with an-
ti-reective compounds, which also in-
crease their resistance to contamination.
Periodic cleaning should consist of dust removal
with a bulb-type air blower or soft brush*, follo-
wed by the use of cleaning products specically
made for coated lenses to remove smudges, oily
lms and ngerprints.
* High-pressure air may cause damage to lens surfaces and
seals.
