Avoid Direct Sunlight Exposure

Damage from heat is not covered by warranty. Never leave board exposed to direct sunlight when out of the water.

Recommended Inflation Pressure

Boards can hold up to 25 PSI, but 15 PSI is recommended for rigidity and to prevent damage from heat.

Pump Maintenance Procedures

Periodically reapply white lithium grease to the pump plunger gasket and clean the air filter under the pressure gauge.

Board Inflation and Deflation

Board Inflation Process

Connect pump, set action control, and pump to desired PSI. Inner valve prevents air loss when disengaged.

Board Deflation Steps

Open valve cover, depress inner valve to lock open, then roll board from nose to expel air.

Fin Installation

Securing the Fin

Insert fin into notched section, rock towards rear, and lock lever down. Test for security. Bent side fins are normal.

Repair Kit Usage

Repairing Leaks and Tears

Kit includes patches and valve wrench. Repair glue is not included. Wrench only for tightening valves on inflated board.

Repair Kit Application Steps

Deflate board, clean leak area and patch with alcohol, apply glue, and let dry for 24 hours.

Adjustable Travel Paddle

Paddle Assembly

Paddle separates into 3 sections for convenience. Be careful not to pinch fingers when connecting shafts.

Paddle Care Recommendation

Rinse paddle with fresh water after each use and remove the upper shaft to dry.
