Why is my ITV IQ 135 working, but not making ice?

If your ITV Ice Maker is working but not producing ice, consider these potential issues: * **Refrigerant Leak:** The system might be leaking refrigerant. Repair the leak and recharge the refrigerant. * **Faulty Compressor:** The compressor could be malfunctioning. Replace the compressor. * **Valve/Capillary Issues:** The expansion valve might be closed or damaged, or the capillary could be obstructed. Open or replace the valve (or capillary) and dehydrating filter. * **Moisture in Refrigeration System:** Water or humidity might have entered the system. Charge compressor oil, replace the capillary and dehydrator (use an anti-acid one), create a vacuum in the installation, slightly warm up all components and charge refrigerant.
