What to do if my IWAKI MDK Water Pump does not discharge liquid?

  If your IWAKI Water Pump isn't discharging liquid, it could be due to several reasons. First, check the fuse wiring for any disconnections. A failed motor or broken parts may also be the cause, requiring repair or replacement. In case of a frozen pump, warm it to thaw. Ensure there's enough priming water, and if not, prime the pump again. Air in the suction pipe can also prevent discharge, so correct the suction piping. Also, excessive total head compared to pump performance can be a factor, so consider using a pump with higher total head ability or reducing the required total head. Lastly, a failed or wrongly mounted built-in check valve may be the issue, needing repair or replacement.
