13.11 EFIS (WHERE EQUIPPED)
A detailed description of the instrument, it’s installation and operation can be found in the
appropriate Dynon User & Installation manuals. In brief, the EFIS is an electric instrument
which generates a digital display of:
• Airspeed (true or indicated)
• Vertical Speed
• Heading
• G acceleration
• System voltage
• Angle of attack
• Outside air temperature
• Roll angle
• Pitch – artificial horizon
• Balance ball
• Clock
The EFIS incorporates an internal battery to allow the instrument to run for a minimum of
1.5 hours.
13.12 EMS (WHERE EQUIPPED)

which in the J230-C generates a digital display of:
• RPM
• Cylinder head temperatures (up to 6)
• Exhaust gas temperatures (up to 6)
• Oil temperature
• Oil pressure
• Fuel flow
• Fuel pressure
• System voltage
• Amps
• Carburettor temperature
• Manifold air pressure
