Q The end of the scale removal cycle is signalled by the turning o of the LED found
above the button, and the display shows the temperature value of the enclosure area.
QYOU can stop the cycle by pressing the button ; wait about ve minutes before turn-
ing o the main switch, so that the steam generator is emptied and the solenoid valve is
drained.
Q If two buttons are pressed at the same time by mistake, the control panel may temporarily
lock. Wait for a few seconds for operation to be restored.
Q After use, switch o the shower unit by pressing the "on/o" button .
Then switch o the main switch.
The presence of malfunctions and / or situations that may require the intervention of a
Jacuzzi®Service Centre are shown on the display for approximately 10 minutes with alpha-
numeric abbreviations (by pressing the button
you can delete some messages from the
display; however, the error condition remains).
- First check that the shower unit is powered (main switch on, electric and hydraulic
system functioning, etc.)
- Then follow the indications given for each type of anomaly and try to switch the
shower enclosure o and on again. If the problem persists, contact a Jacuzzi® service
centre.
XE2 - activation of safety thermostat
- Contact a Jacuzzi® service centre.
XE3 - the time available for the water load in the steam generator has expired
- Check that the water supply is not closed or faulty;
- Contact a Jacuzzi® service centre.
XE4 / E5 - temperature probe (or relative circuit) faulty
- Contact a Jacuzzi® service centre.
XE6 - no Bluetooth® device or connection
- Associate a Bluetooth® device or verify that it is connected (refer to the respective chap-
ter);
- Check that the connection has not been interrupted (device too far away, momentary
signal drop, etc.).
XE7 - failure of the drainage solenoid valve (also see the section on “Special Maintenance”)
- The boiler may need to be inspected; contact a Jacuzzi® service centre.
