Register Your New Spa
While the hot tub is turning on, a welcome message is displayed
and the blow-out cycle is then activated to remove any air in the pi-
pes. After , the product registration menu or the home menu is shown.
Note: The Start up menu will time out after approximately 3 se-
conds and then change to the display.
In order to register you will need to have the spa serial num-
ber, then you will need to register online in order to receive a
passcode.The passcode must be entered on the control panel.
If this option is skipped, you will be able to activate compo-
nents, but, after 10 minutes, the components will turn off and
the screen will revert back to the registration screen. This pro-
cess will continue until the spa is registered and the passco-
de is entered.
Note: The spa will still protect itself if an error is detected.
To register your spa you need to have your spa serial number.
The best time to retrieve the serial number is when the spa is
being connected. You must register your spa via the internet
at www.Jacuzzi.com.
Follow these steps to register your spa.
- Using your home computer or other device, connect to the
internet.
- Go to www.Jacuzzi.com website to register your spa.
- Click Outdoor Hot Tubs
- Click For Owners
- Click Warranty and Manuals
- Click Warranty Registration
- Enter your serial number.
- Once registered you will be given a passcode that will need
to be entered into the control panel.
Keep a record of your serial number and passcode for any fu-
ture reference. Write that information below.

Once you register your spa at www.Jacuzzi.com, you will be
given a passcode that will need to be entered into the control
panel.
Once you register your spa online, you can then enter the re-
gistration information into the control panel.
Note: If a number is entered wrong you can tap to move
backwards.
- From the registration screen, tap ( ) to enter the spa
serial number.
- Input the 9-digit serial number.
- Tap to enter the information and proceed to enter the
passcode.
- Now input the 9-digit passcode, that was provided online
when you registered your spa.
- Tap to enter the information.
