XTo activate the function:
Q PROFILE "TOP"
- briey press the “Pump” button (display A1) to turn
pump 1 on/o (the button briey lights up blue, then returns
to white);
- press the “Pump”
button (display A2) to turn pump 2 on/
o (the button briey lights up blue, then returns to white);
- press the “Pump”
button once (display B) to turn on
pump 1; press it again to turn on pump 2. Press the button
a third time to turn o pump 1 and a fourth time to turn o
pump 2.
Q PROFILE "BASE" DSP
- briey press the “Pump” button (display A1) to turn
pump on in low speed (the button briey lights up blue, then
returns to white);
- press again the “Pump”
button to turn pump on in high
speed (the button briey lights up blue, then returns to white);
- press it again to turn the pump o.
- press the “Pump”
button once (display B) to turn on
pump in low speed; press it again to turn on pump in high
speed. Press the button a third time to turn pump o.
- The function turns o automatically after 20 minutes (if not turned
o by the user).
- If the electrical energy limiter has been activated,
turning on a
hydromassage pump (Prole "TOP") or the hydromassage pump in
high speed (Prole "Base") will switch o the heater.
Underwater spotlight
XPress the “Pump” button (display B) or the button
(display A1) to activate the spotlight on the tub wall (activation
is also signalled by the respective LED - display B - which may also
be ashing; on displays A1, the button briey lights up blue, then
returns to white).
XThe spotlight will stay on for 3 hours, but it can be turned o
before by pressing the key again (please refer to the user manual
for information on operating the various colour sequences).
Utility functions
Q“SILENCE” FUNCTION
This function prevents automatic start of the pumps (ltering cy-
cle); it can therefore help to reduce noise levels in the environment
(e.g. at night).
The anti-freezing mode ("smart winter", see the respective sec-
tion) takes precedence over the "silence" function.
The function turns on through an external timer or time switch, to
be prepared as indicated on the pre-installation data sheet; the nor-
mally open contact of the timer must be connected to the hot tub's
electrical box (see wiring diagram).
XThe time can be used to program the periods in which the au-
tomatic operation of the pumps and/or the blower is to be turned
o (also refer to the documents that come with the timer).
XHowever, it is possible to turn the hydromassage and/or spot-
light on (in these cases, the “silence” function is suspended and re-
sumes about one minute after the hydromassage
and/or spotlight
turns o).
XDuring the function, “Sby” appears on the screen.
Operation of ltering cycles in relation to the "silence" function
If the "silence" function is programmed so that it coincides with
the time slots reserved for the ltering cycle, this will be tempo-
rarily suspended; it will resume at the end of the "silence" func-
tion for the remaining time (example: if the function lasts 6 hours
and the ltering cycle 8 hours, the latter will resume operation for
the remaining 2 hours).
However, if the “silence” duration is greater than the ltering
cycle, this will not start at the end of the function, and the ltering
will be delayed to the next cycle: in this case, the hot tub water
quality could worsen, since the ltering cycle time was reduced.
Do not program too long time periods that could signi-
cantly reduce the ltering cycle time: the water must always
circulate through the lter.
NOTES
Warning: only a normally open (not closed) contact must be con-
nected to the terminal provided on the electrical box.
- It is advisable to program the "silence" function so that it does not
coincide with the ltering cycles.
- If the pump and/or blower are operating when the "silence" func-
tion should start, it is suspended and then resumed for about one
minute after the pump and/or blower are switched o.
- If a new temperature value is set during the "silence" function, this
will be valid at the end of the function.
