XPress the Up or Down key again to change the dis-
played value from a minimum of 15 °C to a maximum of 40 °C
(59÷104 °F).
XTo show the temperature of the water in the tub again, do
not touch any key for about 5 seconds.
”Energy savings mode
This function makes it possible to maintain the water temperature
10 °C (50 °F) below the set temperature for a certain period of time.
XPress the Econo key. The display shows the message
Edx, where “x” indicates the duration in hours.
XUse the Up or Down keys to enter the desired dura-
tion, from a minimum of 0 to a maximum of 24, which means the
function is always on.
XPress the Econo key again to conrm the selected value.
You will then go to the start time (Edx).
XFirst set the hour and conrm with the Econo key. Then set
the minutes, and press the Econo key again to memorize the
set values and exit programming.
When the function is on, the display will shown the respective
symbol.
XTo deactivate the function, set the duration time to 0 (zero).
NOTES
- The minimum temperature that characterizes “energy savings”
mode may never be less than 15 °C (59 °F) (minimum maintenance
temperature).
- If there is a power outage, the set data are stored in memory. Ho-
wever, when the power comes back on, the function does not resu-
me. Rather, it is turned on at the set start time.
Maintenance of minimum temperature of water in tub and
anti-freeze protection of the pipes (“Smart Winter”).
The system software of your spa is designed to provide ecient,
rational management of any hazardous situations which may oc-
cur due to excessively cold temperatures and freezing of the water.
For further information on water heating and system safe-
guards, refer to the product’s installation manual.
NOTE: when the anti-freeze protection is active, the display will
show the message ICE.
Abnormal operating conditions
- alarm signals -
A
larms are indicated on the display, with the corresponding error
code. You will continue to see the code if the alarm condition
persists.
Here is a list of the various alarms that may appear. Refer to the
product’s installation manual for a detailed description of the vari-
ous messages that may appear on the display.
XFLC
In some models, the initials “FLC” may appear on the display.
- Contact an authorized Jacuzzi® service centre.
XFLO (ashing)
The heater does not turn on.
- The system attempts to reactivate the heater three times.
XFLO (stable)
The heater cannot be reactivated.
- Try turning the switch up the line from the spa o and back
on; if the signal stays on, contact an authorized Jacuzzi® service
centre.
XHOH The measured temperature at the heater is 48 °C (118 °F)
or higher (the heater is turned o).
DO NOT ENTER THE WATER
- If the alarm condition persists, try turning the switch up the line
from the spa o and back on. If the signal stays on, contact an
authorized Jacuzzi® service centre.
XHoExcessive water temperature
DO NOT ENTER THE WATER
- If present, remove cover from spa.
- If the excessive temperature increase is due to sunlight, add
cold water to the spa.
When the temperature has dropped to below 43 °C (109 °F), the
spa should re-activate automatically. If it does not, disconnect
the power supply and contact an authorized Jacuzzi® service
centre.
XrPFDefective temperature probe.
DO NOT ENTER THE WATER
It is not possible to activate any function.
- Contact an authorized Jacuzzi® service centre.
XHPFActivation of safety thermostat.
It is not possible to activate the electric heater.
The electric heater has been deactivated due to overheating. This
may be due to irregular water ow.
- Try turning the switch up the line from the spa o and back
on (system reset). If the signal stays on, contact an authorized
Jacuzzi® service centre.
