Your motor home has been carefully tested at the factory and by your selling dealer for
leakage. Travel vibrations can loosen ttings. Have the vehicle propane system checked
at all connections soon after the purchase of your vehicle, and after the initial lling of the
propane tanks.
. Hand tighten the LP gas system valves only, do not
use a wrench or pliers as over tightening may damage the valve seals and cause them to leak.
The following label should be kept permanently axed to the motor home:
Propane is a true gas compressed into a liquid form. As the fuel is released from the con-
tainer, it changes to vapor which is then used for the operation of the appliances. Propane
will not run through the appliances in the liquid state. A permanently mounted A.S.M.E.
approved propane container is located under the oor of the motor home.
Propane expands 1½ percent for every ten degrees of increase in temperature. It is impera-
tive to leave sucient space inside the container to allow for natural expansion of gas during
warmer weather.
Because the container is not removable, the motor home will need to be driven to a qualied
propane facility for servicing or lling.
. Do not smoke and do not
operate other ignition sources while refueling.
and the P.O.L. connection, install the P.O.L. plastic cap that is at-
tached to the container.
. Do not attempt to service a propane container overll yourself.
