INSPECTION/OPERATION
DAILY INSPECTION
Inspect Lift Table prior to use, check for:
Any bending or cracking on the platform/table
Oil leaking from the cylinder
Vertical creep of the platform
Wheel movement
Brake function
All nuts and bolts are tightened firmly
Deficiencies are to be reported and corrected before the Lift Table can be placed into
service and
damaged or worn parts should be disposed of to prevent future use.
OPERATING THE LIFT TABLE
HOW TO USE THE BRAKE
Apply brake, press down brake pedal located on the back castor wheel
To release, lift up brake pedal
NOTE: Each time a load is lifted, the load brake should be checked. This can be done by raising
the load slightly and stopping. Once the brake hold has been established, you may proceed with
load lifting. To prevent sudden movement, apply the brake to lift the table whilst not in motion.
LIFTING PLATFORM
Place load on the Lift Table platform, distributing the load on at least 80% of the platform/table area.
Press the lifting pedal in a downwards motion until the Lift Table platform reaches the desired
position. The table does not elevate after reaching the highest position even if the lifting pedal
is pressed. The platform lowers slightly after reaching the highest position.
NOTE: The hydraulic cylinder is designed to hold the platform. As is the nature of hydraulic
systems, the platform lowers very slowly over an extended period of time. Please be aware
that the platform does not stay at the same position indefinitely.
LOWERING PLATFORM
To lower the platform press the release valve (located near handle) in an upward motion.
Do not lower the platform too fast since this could cause the load to drop.
CAUTION: DO NOT put a foot or a hand in scissor mechanism.
